Join your Cornwall Discovered representative for a day about you. Start the day with some yoga deep within the Cornish countryside. Listen to the soundtrack of nature as your yoga instructor sets the relaxing mood for the day. Following some herbal teas (or coffee should you prefer!) the rest of the morning will involve a mindfulness workshop set in our eco-friendly woodland-workshop. After a local lunch overlooking the sea, the afternoon will involve a gentle beach walk, the option of some beach swimming and pilates before a well-deserved Cornish cocktail to end the day! Of course, this experience is weather permitting, and can be interchanged with a spa afternoon.
